Briiz is a cleaning company specializing in high quality cleaning and great customer care. It allows users to book a cleaner for their car, home or office directly online.
I worked on Briiz during an internship at Anchovy, a digital marketing agency based in Malta. I analyzed data and users flow with Google Analytics to understand who are the users and where they come from. All this information allowed me to improve the user experience on the existing product by simplifying the architecture and navigation of the website. I worked on a full journey, based on the user needs to make the experience more fluid between each step, from the advertises, to the confirmation email and the text message reminder. Finally, I worked on the user interface to highlight the most important actions and make it easy for the user to find what he is looking for.
